Terms of Service

By accessing or using GenieSeo at seo.geniedial.in ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Peakenza Software Services("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peakenza Software Services.

GenieSeo is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that connects your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data to MCP-compatible AI clients (such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, and Antigravity). We provide a personal, secured MCP URL through which your AI client may query your Google data in read-only mode.

We do not provide AI models, chat functionality, or analytics processing. The Service is a data connector only.

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your credentials secure and not share them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if younger where applicable law permits.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are transacting with Paddle. Paddle collects and processes your payment information under its own Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes. Paddle calculates and remits applicable taxes as Merchant of Record. Displayed prices may be exclusive of tax; final tax amounts are shown at checkout.

Because GenieSeo is a digital subscription service, the following refund terms apply:

• 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Requests outside this window will not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.
• How to request. Email us at support@geniedial.in with your order reference or the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
• Partial periods. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period beyond the 30-day window, except where required by law (e.g., EU consumer regulations).
• Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@geniedial.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not refund partial periods upon cancellation unless covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to your MCP URL without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to retrieve data on your behalf using read-only scopes. We do not modify, delete, or write data to your Google properties except where you explicitly enable destructive actions in your settings.

You may revoke our access at any time via your Google account permissions or by disconnecting from your GenieSeo dashboard. We will delete your stored OAuth tokens upon disconnection.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Peakenza Software Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of your Google data. You grant us a limited license to retrieve and transmit that data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from Google APIs will be accurate or complete. Google API availability is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peakenza Software Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peakenza Software Services and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
